As Sofico ventures into new vertical, were assembling a new team to tackle truck and equipment leasing, think trucks, excavators, and material handling beasts.As product manager, Youre not just managing the new product. Youre crafting its story, shaping its future, and making sure it doesnt just exist, but thrives.Youll be the glue between vision and execution, strategy and sprint, customer needs and technical realities. Youll lead the charge from idea to launch (and beyond), making sure our products dont just meet expectations, they surprise and delight.Your responsibilities:Define the why behind the product, translate market problems into clear opportunities and user-centric solutionsLead discovery missions to validate customer appetite and uncover what they really need (not just what they say they want)Craft and own the roadmap, balancing innovation with feasibility, and making sure were building the right things at the right timePrioritize like a pro, managing the backlog and breaking down epics into crisp, actionable user storiesSteer the delivery team, aligning on sprint goals, refining stories, and keeping everyone focused and caffeinatedBe the voice of the product, engaging with customers, internal teams, and stakeholders to build excitement and clarityCollaborate cross-functionally, from legal to marketing to tech, ensuring smooth releases and organizational readinessTrack success, measure impact, and iterate relentlessly because done is never really doneDefine the plans and budgets for developing, releasing and selling products to customersYour interest and skillsCuriosity is your compass.
