From our longestablished production facility in Malvern, Worcestershire, we supply global customers across diverse sectors, including Leisure Marine, Commercial Marine, Height Safety, Lifting & Industrial, and Technical Cords.If you want to join a financially stable manufacturing business and are enthusiastic about traditional, highspeed production processes, this could be the ideal next step in your engineering career.Role SummaryReporting to the Quality Manager, we are seeking a MultiSkilled Maintenance Engineer to ensure the smooth, continuous running of our machinery and equipment. You will help prioritise engineering tasks based on production demand, time, and complexity, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.This is a hands-on, varied role offering exposure to specialist equipment within a niche industry, perfect for someone looking to broaden their skill set and develop longterm.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs on a wide range of production machinery.Diagnose and resolve mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic faults across equipment. Use milling machines, lathes and machining tools as required.Assist with Total Preventative Maintenance (TPM) activities and improvement projects.Maintain accurate documentation, records, and maintenance logs.Support sparepart ordering and stock management, requiring strong administrative and communication skills.Assist in the training of new employees and apprentices.Identify recurring engineering issues and propose long-term solutions.Work safely and comply with all relevant Health & Safety regulations and internal procedures.Skills & Experience RequiredMechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualificationGCSE English & Maths (AC).Proven experience working with industrial machineryHands-on experience with mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.Skilled with machine tools, measurement devices, milling, machining, and lathes.Good electrical safety knowledge.Effective communication and administration skillsable to liaise with suppliers and order parts accurately.Competent with Microsoft Office, Excel, databases, and spreadsheets (basic level).Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.Strong problemsolving skills with a conscientious, organised approach.Flexibility to undertake overtime as required.Location & TravelCommutable from: Bromyard, Droitwich Spa, Evesham, Hereford, Ledbury, Malvern, Pershore, Tewkesbury, Worcester.Candidates must be eligible to work in the UK on a permanent, fulltime basis.Due to high application volumes, we may not be able to respond individually.
