Job Description RTK Group is a growing, solutions-led IT business specialising in hardware supply, lifecycle services and global technology solutions. We support organisations across multiple sectors with commercially competitive and operationally robust IT services.As we continue to grow, we are expanding our commercial team to strengthen client engagement and account development.We are seeking a commercially confident Sales Account Manager with experience in an IT reseller, MSP, distributor or vendor environment.This is a dual role combining account management and sales operations. You will manage a portfolio of warm and transactional client accounts while overseeing quoting, order coordination and commercial administration.This role is commercially involved but not heavily target-driven, ideal for someone confident with clients who also understands operational delivery.Account Management Manage a portfolio of warm and transactional client accountsAct as the day-to-day point of contactRespond to customer queries regarding pricing, delivery timelines and product specificationsMaintain CRM pipeline updates and account recordsIdentify upsell and cross-sell opportunitiesAssist with bid documentation and commercial responsesSupport senior sales team in client meetings where requiredMonitor margin levels and flag pricing discrepanciesSales Operations Prepare accurate IT hardware quotesLiaise with suppliers for pricing and availabilityEnsure correct product specification and compatibilityManage orders from approval through to deliveryRaise purchase orders and support invoicing processesCoordinate internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth fulfilmentExperience RequiredExperience within an IT reseller, MSP, distributor or vendor environmentPrevious experience in account management, internal sales or sales operationsStrong understanding of IT hardware (laptops, servers, networking, peripherals)Experience preparing quotes and managing orders end-to-endExperience using CRM systemsSkills & AttributesCommercially confident and proactiveComfortable managing client relationshipsStrong organisational and multitasking abilityHigh attention to detailMargin-aware and commercially focusedWhat We OfferOpportunity to manage and grow warm client accountsExposure to commercial sales strategyClear progression pathway within a growing IT businessCollaborative and fast-paced team environment
