Job Title: Furniture Fitter / Installer (Office Relocations) Location: London & Surrounding Areas (Site-Based) Job Type: Full-time / Contract About the Role We are looking for experienced Furniture Fitters / Installers to join our growing commercial office relocation team. This role involves the dismantling, installation, and reconfiguration of office furniture across a variety of client sites in London and the surrounding areas. Youll play a key role in delivering high-quality workplace solutions for corporate clients, working as part of a professional and reliable team. Key Responsibilities Dismantle, assemble, and install a range of commercial office furniture, including desks, workstations, partitions, storage units, and boardroom furniture Reconfigure furniture layouts in line with floor plans and client requirements Support office relocations and workplace fit-out projects Ensure all installations are completed safely, accurately, and to a high standard Use hand and power tools safely and effectively Assist with loading, unloading, and positioning furniture when required Work collaboratively with team members to meet project deadlines Maintain a professional and courteous manner on client sites Adhere to all on-site health and safety regulations Report any damages, shortages, or installation issues promptly Skills & Experience Essential: Proven experience installing or assembling commercial office furniture Ability to read and interpret layout drawings or installation plans Own and maintain a basic set of fitting tools (e.g. drill, screwdrivers, Allen keys, level, etc.) Strong practical skills with excellent attention to detail Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player Good communication skills Desirable: Previous experience in office relocations or commercial fit-outs Experience with modular or systems furniture Working Conditions Site-based work across London and surrounding areas Early starts may be required depending on project schedules Occasional evening and weekend work during relocation projects What We Offer Competitive pay (dependent on experience) Ongoing work with a reputable team Opportunity to work on a variety of commercial projects If youre an experienced furniture fitter looking for consistent work within a professional team, wed love to hear from you.
