HR Manager

As HR Manager, youll play a key role in supporting the business across the full HR lifecycle. Youll work closely with senior leadership and operational teams, taking ownership of day-to-day HR activity, helping shape the people strategy, and ensuring compliance with employment legislation and internal policies.Key Responsibilities:Be the first point of contact for all HR-related queriesManage the full employee lifecycle from recruitment through to exitHandle employee relations, including investigations, disciplinaries, and grievancesKeep HR policies and procedures up to date and in line with best practiceAdvise and support managers on performance, absence management, and developmentCoordinate training and compliance needs, including CPC and manual handlingMaintain HR systems and ensure accurate record-keeping and reportingWork with directors on workforce planning and organisational developmentLead employee engagement initiatives and support internal communicationsWhat We're Looking For:Previous experience in a standalone HR role or as an HR Manager (experience in logistics or transport is desirable)CIPD Level 5 (or working towards)Confident in managing ER cases and advising at all levelsStrong knowledge of UK employment lawIf you're a hands-on HR professional who thrives in a dynamic environment, wed love to hear from you.Monday to Friday, 45hrsSalary: Competitive, depending on experienceIf you are interested in discussing further please apply today!TPBN1_UKTJ
