Sales Executive Arboriculture / Forestry Machinery Grantham 30,000 - 40,000 Basic + 40,000 Commission OTE + Vehicle + Laptop + PhoneNEOS Engineering Recruitment are working exclusively with a leading supplier of high-performance chippers, stump grinders, and forestry machinery who are growing their UK sales division.We're looking for a driven Sales Executive with a passion for marketing, social media and machinery to take ownership of their Arboriculture sector sales pipeline managing an already-established customer base and building a network from the ground up across the Forestry & Tree Surgery sector.The Role: Selling industry-leading machinery across the UK arboriculture and forestry sectorOwning and developing the sales pipeline a current base generating 40,000+ in commission per yearManaging customer relationships from first call to final demoCreating, growing and owning the company's Instagram, Facebook & LinkedIn pagesCold calling, warm leads, inbound & outbound salesOrganising and attending on-site machine demosUsing the CRM to maintain data and track sales performanceWorking closely with the marketing and operations team The Ideal Candidate: Background in sales or business development ideally within machinery, tools or industrial sectorsStrong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn for lead generation and audience buildingConfident with cold calling, lead nurturing, and closingSelf-starter able to build a network and take full ownership of the sales processExperience using a CRM for sales trackingComfortable with technical product demos (full training provided)Knowledge or interest in forestry, tree surgery or arboriculture is highly beneficial What's on Offer: 30,000 - 40,000 base salaryRealistic 40,000 commission per annum (uncapped)Autonomy to build something from the ground upFully supported by internal product & marketing teamsCareer progression as the division growsFlexible working (remote + field based) If you're ready to take ownership of a high-potential sales role combining your social media & marketing strengths with on-the-ground customer engagement this is the one.JBRP1_UKTJ
