Job Title: Skilled Production Operative (Joinery & Mould Fitting) Location: Nottinghamshire Pay: 14+ p/h Hours: Monday to Friday (early finish Fridays) Contract: Temp to PermJoin a leading precast manufacturer in Nottinghamshire as our client look to expand their team with skilled operatives - particularly in joinery and mould fitting. If you have hands-on experience and want to be part of a growing, supportive production team, we want to hear from you.What You'll Do:Joinery: Manufacture timber moulds in the woodshop using machinery (training provided), working from detailed technical drawings.Mould Fitting: Assemble moulds on the casting area with precision - tolerances are tight, so attention to detail is key.Production Support: Assist with prepping moulds, placing cast-in items, pouring/screeding concrete, finishing units, and general housekeeping.What We're Looking For:Skilled in joinery,or mould fitting (preferred)Able to read and work confidently from drawingsPhysically fit and used to fast-paced environmentsExperience in precast or construction is an advantageMust attend Monday site walk-roundsIf you're reliable, motivated, and ready to develop your skills with a respected manufacturer - especially in their joinery and mould fitting departments - apply now!JBRP1_UKTJ
