We are looking for an Area Controller to lead a team of up to 20 people, helping them to meet production goals and maintain high standards. In this role you will guide and support your team, keep track of performance and make sure all paperwork is completed correctly. You will set a positive example by working safely, following company rules and encouraging a good team spirit.
