Job DescriptionRole | Residential ConveyancerCompany | Top 200 Legal Firm Level | 1 years+ PQE Based | Grantham Hybrid | 1-2 days working from homeOffer | 45,000 - 65,000 per annum + benefits (depending on experience)We are working with a reputable law firm based across Lincolnshire and the Midlands are recruiting for a Residential Conveyancer to work in their Lincoln office however they would be open to candidates working across other offices that they have across Lincolnshire and the Midlands.Theyre ideally looking for someone with a minimum of 1 years+ PQE and would be open to applications from Solicitors, Legal Executives and Licensed Conveyancers.You will have the ability to manage your own caseload and all aspects of sales and purchases, leasehold, new build, shared ownership, help to buy, and right to buy and deeds of variation.Typical duties would include:Undertaking both domestic and other conveyancing workHandling and developing a mixed caseloadPreparing and undertaking necessary searchesProducing standard contract documentationDealing with enquiriesThe ideal candidate will have:1 year+ PQE experienceExperience in creating and maintaining lasting relationships with clients and third parties at all levelsHave a thorough and detailed approach to workBe a team playerHave excellent organisation, administration, and communication skillsIf this role looks like the new challenge that you are looking for, please apply via the advert or contact Calum at Eclectic Recruitment.We endeavour to reply to every candidate, every time but if you havent heard back within 10 days, please understand that you have unfortunately been unsuccessful for this position, or the position has been filled.
