The conveyancing department is well-supported, with modern systems in place and a steady flow of quality work.The RoleAn opportunity has arisen for a Residential Conveyancer to join the busy and successful property team based at their Grantham office. The role will involve handling your own caseload of residential property matters from start to finish.Key duties include:Managing a varied caseload of residential sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equityHandling title checks, raising and responding to enquiries, and preparing reportsDrafting contracts and supporting documentationLiaising with clients, agents, lenders, and other legal professionalsOverseeing the full transaction process including post-completion work such as SDLT and Land Registry filingsEnsuring all work complies with professional and internal standardsYouAre you a capable conveyancer ready for your next step in a supportive and respected legal team?
