Paralegal

We are seeking a proactiveParalegalwith strong legal knowledge and a demonstrated background in supporting legal processes related to renewable energy projects, including permitting, land use, regulatory filings, and contract management. Key Responsibilities:Conduct legal research on renewable energy regulations, permitting processes, and compliance requirements at the local, state, and federal levels.Coordinate with internal teams and external counsel on matters related to project development, including land acquisition, title review, and zoning.Prepare and manage documentation for corporate filings, regulatory applications, and ongoing compliance obligations.Support due diligence efforts for mergers, acquisitions, and financing of renewable projects.Maintain and organize contract management systems and legal databases.Monitor and track legislative and regulatory changes impacting renewable energy.Provide general paralegal support to the legal department, including scheduling, document preparation, and administrative duties.#J-18808-Ljbffr
