Pilgrim's Europe is looking for a confident and proactive HR professional to join our Agriculture team supporting our Poultry & Pig operations across multiple sites.This is an additional role as we grow our area of the business.Working as part of a small, friendly team, the HR Advisor is a credible and proactive member of the HR Team supporting the Senior HR Advisor and HR Business Partner with managing the day-to-day HR operation through the delivery of an effective and efficient generalist HR advisory service, that is both in line with best practice and meets both the company's objectives and wider legal requirements.This is an environment where you'll need to think fast, build strong relationships, and bring energy to a role that truly shapes our people agenda. If you thrive on variety, autonomy, and making a real impact-this role is for you.What you'll be doingProviding high-quality HR support to managers and colleagues across a number of agricultural sitesCoaching leaders to get the best from their teams and supporting them with employee relations, engagement, and performance mattersLeading and advising on a wide range of ER cases including investigations, disciplinary, absence and capabilitySupporting site changes, continuous improvement initiatives and workforce planningDelivering HR processes with pace and accuracy in a highly dynamic operationChampioning positive culture, engagement and wellbeing across our Agriculture teamsWhat you'll bringExperience in a fast-paced HR Advisor role-ideally within manufacturing, agriculture, FMCG or a similarly dynamic industrySolid ER experience with the ability to influence and challenge constructivelyConfidence to work autonomously while building strong onsite relationshipsAbility to travel across multiple sites and immerse yourself in day-to-day operationsA resilient, solutions-focused approach and the drive to get things doneThe role is based at Anwick, Sleaford with travel required to our various Agri sites therefore a driving license is essential.Hours of work are 37.5 hours per week.
