Residential Support Worker and Team Leader Childrens Home (Woolsthorpe, Grantham) 30,000 36,350 per annum (incl. sleep-in allowance) | Full-Time | Permanent We are proud to be supporting a well-established, Ofsted-approved residential childcare provider in Woolsthorpe, Grantham as they expand their services. As part of this growth, we are seeking Residential Support Workers and Team Leaders to join their dedicated team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a provider that delivers a therapeutic, child-centred environment for young people aged 10 to 18. Whats on Offer: Competitive salary between 30,000 36,350 (inclusive of sleep-in allowance). The higher end of the salary is for the team leader role which requires a Level 3 qualification.
