Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Job Description Were currently recruiting for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our well-established and highly successful client based in Grantham ! Youll become part of a friendly, supportive engineering team, working on a mix of both modern and legacy machinery, ensuring the site operates safely and efficiently at all times. Were seeking someone with a strong electrical focus and experience in production, manufacturing, or industrial environments. This is a Full-Time, Permanent position! What youll be doing Carry out planned and reactive maintenance to keep production running smoothly Work as part of a versatile team handling both electrical and mechanical repairs Maintain Extruders, Robotics, CNC Machines, PLCs, Hydraulic & Pneumatic systems Perform fault finding and troubleshooting to prevent downtime Assist with machinery installations Maximise machine performance and reducing production downtime Monitor equipment issues and report to site management Ensure the site remains safe at all times Hours Monday-Friday, 5:30am-1:30pm & 1:30pm-9:30pm (Rotating Day/Noon shifts) Pay 40,000 per annum Skills/Experience Required Minimum 12 months electrical engineering experience Experience in a production, manufacturing, or industrial environment Electrical qualifications such as Level 2/3, 17th or 18th edition, or apprentice trained Understanding of Health & Safety regulations Strong organisation and prioritisation skills Benefits 28 days holiday, increasing to 33 with each year of service Free on-site parking Overtime opportunities Training and development provided Employee referral programme Essential All applicants must have the legal right to work in the UK (sponsorship not provided).
