Key responsibilities for the Metering & Connections Coordinator:Manage metering projects end-to-end: new connections, smart installations, and upgradesCoordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth project deliveryAct as the main point of contact for metering suppliers and service providersBuild strong client relationships and tailor solutions to meet energy needsSupport compliance, audits, and maintain accurate project documentationIdentify process improvements and contribute to cross-functional collaborationSkills and Experience required for the Metering & Connections coordinator:Energy industry experience (specifically within Metering) - EssentialExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsStrong organisational abilities and a sharp eye for prioritising tasksProactive problem-solver with the confidence to challenge the status quo.Ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment and work flexibly across business areasFamiliarity with third-party agents like MAMs, MOPs, or DCsConfidence working across multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience is a bonusRef: 15108 Role: Metering & Connections Coordinator Location: Grantham – office based Salary: £25k - £32k
