This is a commercially focused role where youll manage existing accounts, identify new opportunities, and play a key part in achieving annual sales targets.If you enjoy building long-term customer relationships, working closely with engineering and purchasing teams, and being part of a collaborative sales function, this could be a great fit.What youll be doingManaging and developing business with target customers to maximise sales and long-term valueAchieving annual sales targets and maintaining an accurate monthly sales forecastIdentifying, securing and developing new opportunities within existing and new accountsActing as a key point of contact for customers, ensuring queries are responded to within 48 hoursEngaging directly with customer engineering and purchasing teamsPreparing pricing, quotations and bids, and supporting the external sales team as requiredMonitoring and analysing sales performance to ensure consistency and market presenceContributing to brand awareness and representing the company at selected external eventsProducing customer reports, updates and presentations for internal stakeholdersContinuously developing your own skills and sharing market insight with the wider teamWhat were looking forEssential:At least 2 years recent experience in a sales or commercial roleProven track record of achieving sales targetsExperience working in a target-driven environmentStrong communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearlyExperience engaging with customers across different culturesConfident using sales data for analysis and forecastingWillingness to undertake occasional travelDesirable:Knowledge or experience within power electronics or a related technical fieldExperience presenting to customers for both existing business and new opportunitiesDegree (or equivalent) in Engineering, Business, or a related disciplinePersonal qualitiesYoull be organised, pragmatic and results-driven, with a tenacious and resilient approach. xjdpvnf Strong analytical skills, clear communication and a collaborative mindset are essential.What we offerA supportive and knowledgeable sales teamThe opportunity to work with leading-edge technology and global customersA role where your contribution genuinely impacts business growthREF-227 066
