This is a great opportunity for a fee earner who enjoys running their own caseload and wants to join a supportive business with a clear progression pathway and a genuinely achievable bonus scheme.Youll handle a varied caseload with strong operational support, modern systems, aand flexibility around hybrid working.The role will include:Managing a mixed caseload of freehold, leasehold, new build and shared ownership transactionsHandling matters from instruction through to completionLiaising with clients, agents, lenders and solicitors throughoutReviewing searches and dealing with enquiriesPreparing contract packs and managing exchange and completionKeeping files compliant with SLAs and regulatory requirementsWe are looking for someone with at least two years conveyancing experience managing their own caseload, who takes pride in delivering a high standard of client service and communicates confidently with both clients and third parties.
