Extensive, hands-on experience in auction transactions is essential and applicants must be qualified.The RoleManaging a full caseload of auction property matters from instruction through to post-completionAdvising on pre-auction legal packs, title issues, special conditions and riskActing on tight deadlines with accuracy and confidenceWorking independently with minimal supervision in a remote environmentEssential CriteriaQualified Solicitor (England & Wales)Extensive, demonstrable experience in auction workStrong technical knowledge of property law and auction-specific issuesAbility to work autonomously and manage competing deadlinesExcellent communication skills with clients, agents and auction houses??
