This role involves installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in a variety of commercial buildings, including hospitals and schools, hotels and public houses.Responsibilities:Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and appliancesRead and interpret technical drawings and specificationsWork safely and efficiently, adhering to industry standards and regulationsCollaborate with other tradespeople and project managersTroubleshoot and diagnose plumbing issuesEnsure all work meets quality and safety standardsRequirements:Proven experience in plumbing work, including installation and repair of pipes, fixtures, and appliancesPreferred be gas safe approvedStrong mechanical knowledge related to plumbing systems and maintenance proceduresValid plumbing qualification or relevant experienceStrong understanding of plumbing principles and practicesAbility to work independently and as part of a teamExcellent problem-solving and communication skillsDrivers licenseCSCS card preferredCompany Benefits:28 days Annual leave (including Bank Holidays).Fulltime permanent Positions.Enrolment to company pension schemeMonday to Friday.If you feel that you have the relative skills/attributes to fulfil this role then please apply now!The employer fully supports Equality in Employment. xjdpvnf All employment is decided based on qualifications, merit and business need.
