Key Responsibilities: Lead, support and motivate a team to achieve daily operational targets. Manage staff across various shift patterns and rotas. Oversee warehousing and transport activities to ensure efficiency and compliance. Maintain high standards of Health & Safety and ensure company compliance policies are followed. Use Microsoft programs confidently for reporting, scheduling, and communication. Identify and resolve operational issues through proactive problem-solving. Communicate effectively with colleagues, management, and other departments. About You: Proven supervisory or team leader experience. Strong leadership and communication skills. Confident using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Background in warehousing and transport operations. Knowledge of Health & Safety and compliance processes.
