You’ll be responsible for optimizing production schedules, ensuring seamless international logistics, and leading a team focused on operational excellence and continuous improvement.This is a high-impact role suited for a strategic thinker with deep experience in manufacturing distribution scheduling and international supply chain management.Key ResponsibilitiesProduction SchedulingDevelop and manage production schedules across global manufacturing sites to meet demand and optimize resourcesCollaborate with sales, operations, and logistics teams to align capacity, lead times, and inventoryInternational Supply Chain ManagementOversee global supply chain operations, ensuring compliance with trade regulations and timely product deliveryPartner with suppliers, logistics providers, and internal teams to streamline international shipmentsData Analysis & ReportingUse Microsoft Dynamics D365 and other tools to analyze data, track KPIs, and deliver actionable insightsIdentify and implement improvements in production and supply chain workflowsCompliance & Best PracticesStay current with international trade laws and import/export complianceImplement best-in-class practices for scheduling and supply chain optimizationTeam LeadershipLead and mentor a team of planners and schedulers, driving performance and developmentFoster a collaborative, innovative, and improvement-driven team cultureWhat We’re Looking ForEducationBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related fieldMaster’s degree is a plusExperience5+ years in production scheduling and international supply chain managementProven success in manufacturing distribution schedulingDeep understanding of international trade agreements and complianceTechnical SkillsProficiency in Microsoft Dynamics D365FileMaker development experience is a plusSoft SkillsStrong leadership and team-building abilitiesAnalytical mindset with a solutions-driven approachExcellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skillsWhy Join North SailsAt North Sails, you’ll be part of a global brand built on innovation, performance, and craftsmanship.
