Due to continued growth my client is now actively seeking an individual who has not only experience of working within a Deputy Care Manager or Care Manager role, but also has a genuine passion for delivering the utmost standard of care to their services users. In order for the successful candidate to obtain a CQC Registration, you will receive full training, development and mentorship from the Senior Management Team. If you are keen to further establish your career in Home Care, we would love to hear from you!Reporting to : - DirectorKey responsibilities include:-Manage a safe and well led home care service to service users in the Gosport areaManage team of care professionals and office staffLiaise with and co-operate with Care Quality Commission inspectors and inspectionsProvide the highest standards of Care & Continuity of Care to Clients at all timesRecruit, induct 'supervise new Care Professionals & Office TeamTake inquiries from prospective new clientsEffectively assess new clients (Risk Assessments)Liaise with Social Workers, Family & other Professionals to Plan & Manage Care NeedsClient Care PlansUse Care planning software to generate staff rotas.Manage the companys Audit & Quality Assurance cyclePractice maximum integrity in all dealings with Clients' personal and financial affairsEnsure that all care calls are coveredFollow safeguarding guidance and reporting mechanisms to ensure the safety of clients, staff and othersActively promote the home care service and brand of business in order to aid steady/safe growthDeliver hands on care when neededProvide on call support to clients and carers during evenings and weekends as part of a scheduled rota (1 weekend in 4 until 9pm)Call :-Michelle T: 0333 880 9147Autumn Search
