As our business looks to deliver its ambitious strategy of growth, we are looking for a proactive In-House Pensions Support Officer to join our team and play a key role in supporting the smooth running of our occupational pension scheme.As our In-House Pensions Support Officer, youll be at the heart of our pension operations ensuring accurate record-keeping, supporting member queries, liaising with trustees and 3rd parties, and helping maintain compliance with regulatory requirements..Youll work closely with HR, and external parties to ensure our employees receive a high-quality, responsive pension service.Who Were Looking For:At Croda, we believe our people are the heart of our success.
