Job Description Maintenance Engineer (Electrical Bias)Location: Goole - HowsdenSalary:45,000 47,500 per yearHours: Monday to Friday - Rotating shift pattern: 6am-2.30pm, 8am-4.30pm and 9am-5.30pm (1 in 5 - Paid at 1.25x or time back in lieu)Contract:Full time, PermanentWere looking for a skilled and proactive Maintenance Engineer (electrically biased) to join a busy renewable energy processing site. This position plays a vital part in ensuring the smooth and reliable running of plant equipment used to convert food waste into green energy.You'll be joining a supportive engineering team responsible for maintaining site machinery, improving equipment reliability, and ensuring safe, efficient day today operations. This role suits someone who enjoys hands on engineering, problem solving, and working across a varied and fast moving environment.As part of the engineering team, you will carry out planned and reactive maintenance across mechanical and electrical systems on site. You will help keep critical processing equipment operating safely and efficiently, support improvements, and assist with monitoring plant performance through SCADA and process data.This is a role where no two days are the same breakdown response, inspections, project tasks, contractor supervision, and troubleshooting will all be part of your regular workload.
