Job DescriptionJob title: HR Advisor (part time hours) Location: Golborne WA3 2SHThis role is part-time 24 hours per week, with Monday being a key working day. You’ll play a pivotal role in supporting our logistics team, acting as a trusted employee relations (ER) expert to provide end to end case management and support, coach and guide our managers in the implementation of people processes and effective people management.As our stand alone HR Advisor, you’ll work alongside the HR Manager who is situated at our Dagenham distribution site. You’ll be responsible for driving the alignment & execution of the People Strategy & Plans to develop, keep and enhance the contribution of employees to the short and long-term business needs.
