Job Description Account Executive Rural InsuranceSurrey|45,000 70,000 DOE + Benefits Are you a seasoned Insurance Account Executive with a passion for the rural sector? Their deep-rooted understanding of rural life means they dont just sell insurancethey build lasting relationships and provide peace of mind to clients with complex and high-value assets. The Role As an Account Executive based in Surrey, youll support a Senior Executive managing a substantial portfolio of rural clientsincluding country house estates, diversified farms, and agricultural businesses. Youll also be responsible for developing new business across the Southeast, building your own client base and becoming a trusted advisor in the rural community. Key ResponsibilitiesCultivate strong relationships with farmers, estate owners, and rural enterprises.Deliver tailored insurance solutions that reflect each clients unique needs and risks.Attend agricultural shows, community events, and client meetings to grow visibility and trust.Conduct on-site visits to assess operations and recommend appropriate cover.Collaborate with the Senior Account Executive to support their existing book.Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within your portfolio.About YouProven experience in insurance sales and account management, with a focus on rural or agricultural markets.Deep understanding of rural business operations, seasonal cycles, and associated risks.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.Comfortable working independently and travelling to client sites across rural areas.Cert CII qualified (or working towards Dip CII).A collaborative team player with a proactive mindset.Whats on OfferSalary: 45,000 70,000(depending on experience)Car allowanceCommission & bonus structure, including generous new business incentivesPrivate medical insurance & death in service cover25 days annual leave (Not including bank holidays)
