The team works from a recently refurbished, light-filled office that encourages collaboration, creativity and professional development.Role & ResponsibilitiesWork on projects including high-end new builds, refurbishments and listed building restorationsProduce detailed technical drawings, construction packages and planning documentationCollaborate closely with architects, clients, consultants and contractorsContribute to design development and technical problem-solving across project stagesAssist with site visits, coordination and contract administration during constructionEnsure projects are delivered to a high technical and design standardRequired Skills & ExperienceArchitectural Technician with proven UK project experienceStrong technical ability with proficiency in AutoCAD and working knowledge of Revit preferredExperience working across RIBA Stages 1-5Background in high-end residential and/or heritage projects advantageousSound knowledge of UK Building Regulations and planning processesStrong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple workloadsClear communication skills and a collaborative approachWhat you get backSalary 40,000 - 45,000 depending on experienceFull-time position, 37.5 hours per weekPaid professional subscriptions and ongoing CPD supportSupportive, friendly and creative studio cultureRegular social events and team activitiesLong-term career development within an award-winning practiceJBRP1_UKTJ
