Social Media Manager - Account Management (Influencer & Organic Social)A rapidly growing digital marketing agency is on the hunt for a talented Social Media Manager to join its expanding influencer and organic social division. With over a decade of digital expertise and a strong startup-style culture, the agency has evolved significantly-especially since launching its influencer marketing arm in 2021.The social team is now two years in and continues to grow. This is an exciting opportunity for someone eager to make an impact, shape strategy, and grow alongside a collaborative, fast-moving team.The RoleAs Social Media Manager, you'll be the day-to-day lead for key accounts, overseeing client communication, campaign execution, and performance. This role is primarily focused on organic social (particularly TikTok and Instagram), with growing involvement in paid campaigns. You'll also manage a Social Media Executive and play a critical role in shaping the department's direction.Key ResponsibilitiesLead client relationships and manage accounts across multiple real estate brandsMentor and manage a junior team member (remote)Develop and execute engaging organic strategies on TikTok and InstagramCollaborate closely on influencer-led campaigns and cross-channel integrationIdentify upsell opportunities and earn commissionWork alongside leadership to scale the social divisionWhat We're Looking For2-3+ years' experience in social media account managementConfident managing or mentoring junior team membersExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsHands-on experience with Hootsuite or similar scheduling toolsStrong creative instincts and quick thinking under pressureDeep familiarity with TikTok trends and cultureInfluencer marketing knowledge is a major bonusOrganic-first mindset; paid experience is a plusComfortable in a startup-style, high-growth environmentTeam & CultureTight-knit, collaborative, and mostly female team in their late 20s-30sSupportive environment that values creativity, adaptability, and initiativeFast-paced with a "make your mark" mentalityHybrid working structure:During probation: 3 days/week in-office (Tuesdays fixed)Post-probation: Alternating weeks of 2 and 3 days in-officePerks & ProgressionCommission structure for upselling clientsStrong internal training and leadership developmentLong-term plans to transition into an Employee Ownership Trust (EOT)Significant room to grow and influence the agency's social media offeringSphere Digital Recruitment currently have a variety of job opportunities across digital so feel free to get in touch with us to find out how we can help you.
