Their expanding portfolio spans the hospitality, leisure, commercial, retail, and residential sectors.With consistent growth, a strong pipeline of exciting work, and a focus on excellence, this is an ideal time to join the team and take your career forward in a supportive and progressive environment.The RoleAs Senior Quantity Surveyor, you’ll play a central role in delivering outstanding cost consultancy services to clients, with a focus on service excellence and achieving positive project outcomes.You’ll be responsible for the full range of pre- and post-contract duties, including:Cost planning and estimatingProcurement advice and tender managementContract administration and post-contract cost controlManaging variations, valuations, and final accountsBuilding and maintaining strong client relationshipsYou’ll be working on projects typically valued between £5m and £50m, and your input will directly contribute to the success and profitability of the business.What You’ll NeedDegree-qualified in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent practical experience)MRICS or MCIOB is highly desirableExperience working within a consultancy environmentA solid track record on projects valued between £5m–£50mExcellent commercial and client-facing skillsProactive approach and ability to manage workload independentlyWhat’s On OfferSalary up to £65,000 (DOE)Car allowance25 days holiday + birthday off + bank holidaysHybrid working – 1 day from homeRICS fees paidOpportunity to grow with a business that values expertise, innovation, and people
