This is a critical leadership role overseeing two distribution centres in Milton Keynes, ensuring operational stability and driving improvements across logistics and supply chain operations.The RoleAs Distribution Director, you will:Lead and manage day-to-day operations across two distribution centres.Oversee planning, forecasting, and alignment with manufacturing sites.Support and enhance international logistics activity, with a particular focus on the US market and exports.Provide strategic insight, assessing current operations and recommending improvements for long-term success.Operate with autonomy and authority, making decisions and driving delivery while working as part of the senior leadership team.What We’re Looking ForProven leadership experience running a logistics or distribution centre.Strong background in exports, planning, and forecasting.Experience of international logistics – ideally with exposure to the US.A proactive, hands-on leader who can hit the ground running and deliver impact quickly.Package & BenefitsSalary up to £90,000 Bonus potentialPension schemePrivate healthcare25 days holiday + bank holidaysStaff discounts
