Personal Insurance AdvisorGloucester26,000-28,000The duties of this role are to service, retain and grow a varied portfolio of personal insurance clients, dealing mainly with home, motor, travel policies and our exclusive Parksure scheme covering holiday lodges, park homes and static caravans. The ideal candidate will have personal lines broking experience, be an Acturis user, have as a minimum 5 GCSEs at Grade 5 or above including English and Maths, and be Cert CII qualified (or at least prepared to undertake the Cert).What Youll Be DoingService, retain, and grow a varied portfolio of personal insurance clientsHandle policies across home, motor, travel, and our exclusive Parksure scheme (holiday lodges, park homes, static caravans)Manage servicing requirements including renewals, amendments, and claims supportMaintain regular client contact to ensure cover continues to meet their needsEnsure compliance with FCA and ICOB requirements at all timesMonitor and manage customer credit within agreed company limitsWhat Were Looking ForGCSEs (or equivalent) with minimum 5 grades 4 or above including English and MathsCert CII qualification (or willingness to study towards it)Insurance knowledgeprinciples, practices, and legalities of General InsuranceExperience in personal lines, ideally within a broker environmentIT skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook) with Acturis experience desirableExcellent customer service, communication, and organisational skillsWhat Youll GetSalary: 26,000 28,000Flexi-time and modern open-plan office with free parkingCompany pension and benefits package (after 6-month probation)Support with professional qualifications (Cert CII and beyond)Be part of a friendly, growing team in a business that values your developmentInterested?Send your CV to Cat at i2i Recruitment today!At i2i Recruitment, our mission of making recruitment personal also means making recruitment fair.
