We seek to enable the best work environment that helps you and the business work together to produce superior results.Job description:Deliver excellent Customer Service working with the EMEA payroll team, payroll vendors, Finance and HR teams across multiple companiesProcessing of payrolls, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of payroll calculations and pensions contributions in accordance with UK employment tax complianceInteract with government agencies and submit legal requests for payroll and human resourcesAdvise and consult employees, supervisors and HR on payroll, benefits, and tax compliance issuesDelivery of regular and ad hoc HR reports and analysesParticipation in global/local projects around payroll according to business requirementsContinuously improve payroll and employment compliance processesSupport other team members, including potential opportunities to work with other Koch companies in UK and EuropeRequired profile:Extensive experience in UK payroll with a strong practical understanding of payroll calculations and auto enrolmentBroad knowledge of employment tax, UK legislationStrong analytical aptitude with system and data analysis skillsIndependent and self-driven way of workingStrong attention to detail and a methodical approach to problem solvingVery good working knowledge of Microsoft Office productsLifelong learner with intellectual curiosityExcellent communication skills in English (fluent oral and written)What Will Put You AheadExperience of financial processes and General Ledger mappingExperience of ADP iHCM/Megapay/SD WorxExperience of working in a shared service environmentCIPP accreditation or other similar qualificationsWhat we offer:At Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
