We hope you will join us on our journey!We are seeking a confident, customer focused Showroom Manager to lead the sales and daily operations of our stunning kitchen and bathroom showroom in Gloucester. This is a high-autonomy role ideal for someone with strong commercial drive and a passion for design, customer experience, and business growth.Key Responsibilities Oversee the full showroom operation, ensuring an exceptional customer journey from first visit to installation. Drive sales performance through expert product knowledge, design consultation, and effective follow-up. Develop and execute local sales and marketing initiatives to increase footfall and conversion. Manage stock presentation, merchandising, and showroom standards to reflect our premium brand. Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, installers, and internal teams. Analyse performance data and create strategies to grow the showroom into a £1m+ revenue department. Lead, coach, and motivate any supporting staff to deliver outstanding service and results.What We’re Looking ForA commercially minded, self-driven professional with showroom, design, or premium retail experience.
