About the Role:We are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor with strong experience in EPC projects or HVDC. The ideal candidate will have a solid background managing costs and contracts within large-scale energy or infrastructure projects.Key Responsibilities:Lead cost management and commercial activities across EPC or HVDC.Prepare and review cost estimates, valuations, and progress reports.Manage contractual matters and claims in accordance with NEC contract principles.Collaborate with project teams to ensure financial control and commercial risk management.Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve commercial issues.Requirements:Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor on EPC projects or HVDC.Strong knowledge and practical experience dealing with NEC contracts.Excellent negotiation and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver within deadlines.
