Job DescriptionThis role leads the Assembly Quality team at our Gloucester site, supporting daily quality management and strategic quality improvements. You will interact with various departments, support new product industrialization, lead investigations into non-conformances, and ensure compliance with customer and regulatory standards. ResponsibilitiesLead a team of five quality professionals, managing daily quality operations. Develop and implement quality improvement strategies aligned with site objectives. Support industrialization of new products and process changes using APQP principles. Conduct root cause analysis and lead corrective actions for product and process issues. Perform internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with standards. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and quality mindset. Respond promptly to customer and internal quality-related requests. RequirementsExperience in team management or supervision within a quality environment. Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and deliver results in a dynamic environment. Proven experience with root cause analysis tools and quality investigations. Knowledge of AS9100, EASA Part 21G, and internal audit qualifications are advantageous. Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification and experience in industrialization are preferred. Additional InformationThis is a full-time position based in Gloucester, UK.
