Job Title: Senior Legal CounselContract Length: 12 Months FTCLocation: GloucesterSalary: £90,000 - £100,000 per annumWorking pattern: 3 days per week in the office and 2 days working from home Key responsibilities of a Interim Senior Legal Counsel: Reviewing, drafting and negotiating high-value, complex commercial contracts with customers, sales intermediaries, and other key business partners Acting as a key contact for senior stakeholders in a range of business units and corporate support departments to help influence and implement business strategy and direction Supporting operational and commercial functions with day-to-day legal queries and issues Support the Group General Counsel and Company Secretary, Group Legal Director and other senior lawyers as required, both in the UK and internationally where possible Provide practical solutions to complex legal problems as the Interim Senior Legal Counsel Supporting/ leading on M&A projects within the business where possible Supporting projects that underpin the business's key objectives across multiple disciplines The ideal candidate would have 8+ years PQE Excellent technical knowledge of commercial law and drafting skills A deep understanding of the challenges of a fast-moving, revenue generating business Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise at all levels Meticulous attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-focused approach What's next: Apply for the Interim Senior Legal Counsel in Gloucestershire today by clicking on the link provided or email sharna.duncan@ with an updated CV.
