Job Description Infrastructure / Platform Engineers | Multiple Roles Available | National Security Consulting | Salaries Flexible up to 100,000 + Benefits | Gloucester (Hybrid 3 Days per Week On-Site | Active DV Clearance RequiredMERITUS are partnering with a growing National Security consultancy looking to expand their engineering capability in Gloucester.We are hiring Infrastructure Engineers, DevOps Engineers, and Platform Engineers to help design and build mission-critical platforms and infrastructure used by UK National Security clients.These roles focus on engineering and delivery, with minimal BAU or support work.Multiple positions are available across different experience levels, with flexible salaries up to 100,000.Infrastructure Engineer:We are interested in engineers with experience in:Windows or Linux server infrastructure design and buildOn-prem and virtualised environments (ideally VMware)Automation / scripting PowerShell, Bash or similarExposure to DevOps tooling such as Docker or Kubernetes (desirable)DevOps / Platform Engineer:We are looking for engineers experienced in:Building CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab or similar)Working with cloud infrastructure (AWS or Azure)Designing and building container platforms (Docker / Kubernetes)Infrastructure as Code Terraform, Ansible or similarThe roles are based at the organisation's Gloucester office with frequent work at customers sites in the same area. They operate a hybrid working policy with at least 3 days per week on-site. They require candidates to hold an active DV clearance.
