Product Manager - Business Systems

Job DescriptionWere working with a forward-thinking business to recruit a Product Manager to take ownership of their internal applications estate. This is a newly created role that blends business systems leadership with product thinking, ideal for someone who can operate strategically while managing day-to-day application performance and improvements.Youll sit between IT, operations and key business units, taking the lead on product strategy for systems including finance, HR, CRM, and bespoke platforms. The role is focused on ensuring these applications are aligned, integrated, and evolving with the needs of the organisation.Key Responsibilities:Own the roadmap for all internal business applicationsLead integrations, upgrades and system improvementsGather and prioritise requirements from across the businessManage third-party vendors and internal IT teams to deliver changeAlign systems strategy with business goals and operational needsIdentify opportunities to rationalise or improve application performanceWere Looking For:Experience as a Product Manager, Business Systems Manager, or similarStrong grasp of SaaS platforms and how they integrate across departmentsSkilled at engaging with both technical teams and business stakeholdersProven ability to manage application change, upgrades or replacementsStrategic mindset able to translate business need into systems deliveryWhat will you get?
