Based just outside Bristol, this is a unique opportunity to shape the creative direction of campaigns that live and breathe across digital, social, and e-commerce channels.Reporting to the Creative Director, youll drive concepts from spark to screenleading campaign ideation, crafting compelling visuals, and art directing across multiple touchpoints. You'll work closely with marketing, content, and e-commerce teams to ensure everything from homepage takeovers to TikToks hits the mark.What You'll Do:Lead the creation and execution of brand campaigns across digital, social, and e-commConcept and art direct engaging photoshoots, video content, and seasonal dropsDesign assets for web, email, paid media, and organic socialCollaborate with in-house teams to bring ideas to life in a fast-moving, style-driven environmentBalance creativity with commercial thinking to drive engagement and conversionsYoull Bring:Proven experience in a creative or design leadership role within fashion, lifestyle, or youth culture brandsA portfolio full of vibrant, story-led campaigns that span social, digital, and e-commerceStrong art direction skills, with a knack for styling, storytelling, and castingExpertise across Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Premiere ProA finger on the pulse of trends, platforms, and emerging formats
