Be part of a global leader shaping the future of defence technology, where your expertise makes a real impact.Required Skills:Proven experience in electronics testing within high-reliability environmentsStrong knowledge of diagnostics, test lifecycle management, and fault analysisAbility to support design reviews and contribute to Design for Manufacturing (DFM) / Design for Test (DFT) initiativesExperience working on defence or military electronics projectsExcellent problem-solving and process improvement skillsAdept at mentoring junior engineers and supporting cross-functional teamsNice to Have Skills:Knowledge of security clearance processes and background checksExperience with automation and test equipment programmingFamiliarity with hardware troubleshooting and fault diagnostic toolsPrevious involvement in bid support or technical proposalsPreferred Education and Experience:HND or degree in Electronics Engineering or a related fieldDemonstrated experience (3+ years preferred) in electronics testing, diagnostics, or manufacturing in high-reliability sectorsPrior work on defence/military electronics projects is highly advantageousOther Requirements:Must be a permanent UK resident and eligible for BPSS security clearanceWillingness to adhere to security and confidentiality protocolsTake the next step in your career and become a key player in defence manufacturing.
