Their products help scientists work more safely, efficiently, and sustainably.Their customers include organisations in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, contract research, agrochemical, academic, and specialty chemical sectors.Our client is looking for a Technical Sales Specialist to manage and grow their business across Northern England, Scotland, and Northern Ireland.This is a field-based role focused on developing new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding market presence and supporting scientists with technical solutions that improve laboratory productivity.The Role:+Develop new business opportunities and manage the full sales cycle within the territory.+Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers through regular visits and communication.+Deliver product demonstrations and training, helping customers select suitable laboratory solutions.+Maintain accurate sales records and track pipeline activity using the company CRM system.+Represent the company at exhibitions and events while monitoring market trends and competitor activity.About you:+Degree (BSc or higher) in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related scientific discipline+Experience working with chemists or researchers in sectors such as pharmaceuticals, CROs, biotech, research, or chemical manufacturing+Proven track record of achieving sales targets or developing customer relationshipsJoin a growing scientific technology company where youll work closely with leading researchers and help deliver innovative laboratory solutions.
