Job Description Senior Design Manager Water Infrastructure London & South East | Hybrid Working Water & Wastewater Infrastructure 75,000 90,000 + Benefits (DOE)Were partnering with a leading engineering consultancy delivering some of the UKs most significant water and wastewater infrastructure projects. Due to continued growth across major frameworks, theyre looking to appoint an experienced Senior Design Manager to lead complex, multidisciplinary schemes. The RoleAs Senior Design Manager, youll act as the technical lead across a portfolio of highvalue water sector projectsdriving safe, compliant, and efficient design delivery while working closely with internal teams and external partners. Key Responsibilities Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary design teams Manage technical delivery across water & wastewater projects Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and client requirements Oversee design risk, quality assurance, and change control Support project planning, resourcing, and programme delivery Act as a key stakeholder interface throughout the project lifecycle About You Proven experience as a Senior Design Manager / Design Manager in the water sector Strong technical knowledge of water & wastewater infrastructure Experience managing multidisciplinary engineering teams Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills Comfortable managing multiple projects and priorities Whats on Offer Longterm work on established UK water frameworks Hybrid & flexible working Competitive salary with a strong benefits package Clear career progression within a growing, supportive consultancy Vacancy Reference: PR/029143 Interested or know someone who could be?
