Were looking for a motivated Sales Advisor to join our team and help turn customer enquiries into confirmed appointments.What Makes This Role Different?No Cold Calling: Every conversation starts with a customer who has already shown interest through our marketing campaigns.Straightforward Sales Process: Youll book appointments for our field sales reps, follow up on quotes, and help close deals.Clear Commission Structure: OTE 35k+ uncapped in year 1As our Sales Advisor you will be responsible for: Responding to inbound enquiries and confirm appointments for our field sales reps.Following up with customers whove received quotes, answer questions, and offer discounts to secure the sale.Keeping customer details updated in our CRM and manage your pipeline effectively.In order to be successful in this role you must have: Previous experience in outbound sales or appointment setting.Confident communicator who enjoys phone-based conversations.Organised, proactive, and target-driven.Familiarity with CRM systems is a bonus.
