Customer Sales Specialist

We are delighted to be supporting an award winning Financial Services organisation recruit a Customer Sales Advisor on a full time, permanent basis.This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented, ambition customer service and/or sales professional to join a highly reputable organisation where you will work part of a small team and play a vital role in supporting existing clients by providing expert guidance on protection products.Your main responsibilities will include:Contact existing clients to discuss their mortgage protection needs and provide relevant adviceAppointment Scheduling: Arrange and manage appointments efficiently to ensure a seamless client experienceReporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, appointments, and recommendations.Outbound Calling: Proactively reach out to clients to offer protection solutions and follow up on inquiries.Provide expert guidance on Buildings & Contents (B&C) insurance, ensuring clients have the right coverage.Work closely with mortgage advisers and other team members to deliver a comprehensive service.To be considered for this opportunity, we are looking for the following background / experience:Previous experience in customer service, financial services, or insurance is preferredOur client would consider individuals with experience from debt management, sales, telephony supportStrong communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting client relationshipsComfortable asking open questions to truly identify customer needsKeep up to date with a range of products available and align to customers requirementsAbility to manage multiple tasks efficiently, including scheduling and reporting.Knowledge of protection products and B&C insurance is advantageous.A proactive and client-focused approach to delivering exceptional service.RewardSalary up to £27k per annum plus uncapped bonusGenerous holiday allowanceOpportunity to work in a dynamic and growing companyA supportive team environment with a real focus on client satisfactionIndustry leading training and career development opportunities towards becoming a successful Mortgage AdvisorPensionMonday to Friday 9-5.30pmPrivate HealthcareCycle to work scheme… and more!Next StepsFor further information, please apply by emailing your CV to Utopian Recruitment ASAP.
