Chartered Surveyor - Property ManagementGlasgowUp to £50,000A highly respected organisation is seeking an experienced Chartered Surveyor to take a key role in managing a significant commercial property portfolio. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified property professional to apply their expertise in a well-structured team, with clear progression and support.You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day management of commercial assets, working closely with senior leadership, external partners, tenants, and legal professionals to ensure properties are performing, compliant, and aligned with strategic goals.Key Responsibilities:Proactive management of a varied commercial property portfolioLead on lease events such as rent reviews, lease renewals, and disposalsIdentify asset enhancement opportunities and support business case developmentCollaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders including legal and agency contactsMonitor and report on income and expenditure, supporting commercial income targetsPrepare detailed reports for management and committee reviewEnsure Health & Safety and compliance procedures are met across the portfolioWhat We’re Looking For:Chartered Surveyor (MRICS), ideally a Registered Valuer or eligible without further assessmentStrong commercial property experience including negotiation of leases, acquisitions, and disposalsExperience of managing a portfolio and producing strategic property reportsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsA collaborative, proactive approach and confidence in decision makingFull UK driving licenceDesirable:Familiarity with property management systems or development softwareExperience producing property option appraisalsKnowledge of investment, development, and asset management principlesYou’ll be joining a forward-thinking team that values expertise and offers the chance to play a strategic role in managing a major investment portfolio.
