Conveyancing Solicitor

Service Care Solutions are looking for a qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years’ post-qualification experience in residential conveyancing to join a leading Scottish Law firm and support their growing team in Glasgow.You’ll play a key role in helping to establish and develop their conveyancing team in this new location, managing your own caseload with autonomy while working closely with colleagues across the wider firm.Key ResponsibilitiesManage a full caseload of residential purchase, sale, and remortgage transactions from start to finishAdvise clients on all aspects of residential property law and processDraft and negotiate contracts, missives, and other legal documentationLiaise with clients, solicitors, estate agents, lenders, and third parties throughout the transaction processWhat We’re Looking ForA qualified solicitor with at least 2 years’ PQE in Scottish Residential ConveyancingStrong technical knowledge and the ability to handle a caseload independentlyA proactive and collaborative approachBased in or willing to commute to GlasgowSalary: £39,000 – £60,000 (depending on experience)This is a great opportunity to become part of a growing and supportive team, with room to develop your career as we expand our Glasgow presence.
