The OpportunityWere looking for a Precision Assembly Technician to join Nami Surgicals highly skilled team.This is a hands-on role working at micron-level tolerances, assembling intricate CNC-machined components and helping shape the next generation of surgical instruments.If you enjoy meticulous work, thrive in technical environments, and take pride in precision craftsmanship, this is an opportunity to make real impact in a cutting-edge medical device company. What Youll Be DoingAssembling precision CNC-machined components into advanced surgical instrumentsWorking closely with R&D and Engineering to build prototypes and support design iterationsFine-tuning mechanical designs through hands-on assembly feedbackPerforming ultra-precise alignment of small, intricate partsApplying epoxies/adhesives and carrying out fine soldering as requiredFollowing detailed SOPs, technical drawings and work instructionsTaking full ownership for the quality and accuracy of your workConducting in-process inspections and maintaining build documentation What Were Looking ForEssentialExperience in precision mechanical or micro-mechanical assemblyConfidence working with delicate, high-precision componentsStrong ability to follow SOPs and detailed build instructionsHigh personal accountability for quality and accuracyDesirableExperience in medical devices, surgical instruments, aerospace, optics, electronics or similarFamiliarity with ISO 13485 or regulated manufacturing environmentsQualifications: Apprenticeship or technical qualification in Mechanical/Precision/Manufacturing Engineering, or equivalent hands-on experience.
