The firm is known for its supportive culture, strong client relationships, and commitment to innovation and professional development.As a senior solicitor within the team, you will:Provide strategic advice on a wide range of contentious property mattersLead and manage high-value, complex litigation cases across multiple forums including the Court of Session, Sheriff Court, Lands Tribunal, and First-Tier TribunalBuild and nurture strong client relationships across commercial, public sector, rural, and private client portfoliosDrive business development and contribute to the teams growth strategyWork closely with colleagues across Real Estate, Rural, Private Client and Planning teamsMentor junior team members and provide leadership across key mattersKey Areas of Work Include:Commercial landlord and tenant disputesElectronic communications code disputesTitle and missive disputesBoundary/access issuesDilapidations and lease-end claimsSocial and private housing litigationLand Court applications and Land Tribunal casesJudicial review supportProfessional negligence claims (property-related)Use of ADR including arbitration and mediationWhat Were Looking For:An experienced solicitor or legal director with a strong background in property litigationCommercially savvy, with excellent client-handling and advocacy skillsConfident managing complex, high-value disputes and advising senior stakeholdersPassionate about business development and growing client relationshipsCollaborative and supportive, with a strong track record in team leadership or mentoringTo apply for this role, please send your CV or contact Emma Pringle at Iconic Resourcing for a confidential chat and further details.
