OverviewBecome a GP in spectacular Shetland. Full-time general practitioner role in Brae Health Centre, North Mainland, Shetland Islands. 40 hours per week. Remuneration and BenefitsSalary £83,950 - £125,157 per annum (depending on experience) 2% local supplement Distant Island Allowance £2,578 per annum Up to £8,000 relocation assistance available ResponsibilitiesProvide medical services in a non-dispensing practice. Work alongside a dedicated team of GPs, ANPs, Community Link Workers, Practice Nurses, Healthcare Support Workers, and the Practice Admin staff. Participate in regular multidisciplinary team and palliative care meetings. Develop and maintain specialist interests with support from the practice. Location and CommunityBrae is a village on the North Mainland of Shetland Islands, serving a community of 2,400 residents. The area offers excellent facilities, including a health centre, leisure centre, and community halls, and is known for its natural beauty and welcoming atmosphere. QualificationsQualified medical practitioner. Preferred candidates will complete the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme or an update before formal offer of employment.
