The ideal candidate will be fully conversant in all aspects of Import and Export operations and have a strong customs background, ensuring smooth and efficient transportation of goods. You will work closely with internal teams, suppliers, and customers to offer top class customer satisfaction.Your key responsibilities as an Ocean Import and Export Operator:Coordinate and manage the shipment of goods via Import and export freightBooking Ocean Import and export from start to finishTrack and update delivery statuses in the company's system and provide regular updates to clientsJob invoicing and costingPrepare, track, and manage all documentation related to freight shipments, customs declarations and invoicesPrepare and submit customs clearancesEnsure compliance with international shipping regulations.Maintain accurate recordsCollaborate with internal teams to optimise freight processes and improve service deliveryRequirements:A minimum of 1 years experience with a UK freight forwarder in ocean import and export freightThe ability to problem solve and work effectively in a fast-paced environment and working to tight deadlinesTPBN1_UKTJ
